On-site technology support for a Miami business
Priority Support for Miami Businesses

Reliable Technology Support Without a Managed IT Contract

Get priority access to practical on-site and remote technology support for the computers and systems your business already uses. Priority Business Support starts at $395 per location per month and includes two support hours for up to 10 computers.

From $395 per location/month · 2 support hours included · Up to 10 computers · 3-month minimumPriority scheduling is provided during regular service hours and remains subject to availability.

Support Before a Small Problem Becomes Downtime

Your Business May Not Need Managed IT. It Still Needs Someone to Call.

Many small businesses do not need a large managed-services agreement, a permanent help desk, or another complicated technology contract. They need dependable access to someone who already understands their environment and can help when a computer, printer, application, account, or existing network stops working properly.

Priority Business Support gives qualifying Miami businesses a defined amount of technical support each month, priority scheduling, and a simpler way to request help. It is designed for day-to-day support and troubleshooting of existing technology, not for unlimited service or major infrastructure projects.

Practical Day-to-Day Assistance

Support for the Technology Your Business Already Uses

Included time can be used for practical troubleshooting, configuration, and assistance involving approved business devices and existing systems. The exact response may be remote or on-site depending on what is required.

Computer Troubleshooting

Diagnose slow performance, startup problems, software errors, update issues, unexpected behavior, and common Windows workstation problems.

Printers & Business Peripherals

Assist with existing printers, scanners, displays, docks, and other common peripherals that stop connecting or working as expected.

Applications & User Setup

Help install, configure, update, or troubleshoot approved business applications and assist with routine user or workstation setup.

Email & Account Access

Assist authorized users with common email, password, sign-in, synchronization, and account-configuration problems when the account and provider allow access.

Existing Network Troubleshooting

Investigate connectivity problems involving the existing router, switches, access points, Wi-Fi, printers, or connected computers. New network design, installation, expansion, and major equipment replacement are quoted separately.

Technology Guidance

Provide practical recommendations when a device, application, or existing setup needs to be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or handled as a separate project.

Defined Coverage

Up to 10 Business Computers Per Location

The starting plan is intended for a single business location with up to 10 approved laptops or desktop computers. Covered devices are identified when the plan begins so both parties understand the environment being supported.

Existing printers, scanners, network equipment, and common peripherals may be assisted within the included support time, but they do not turn the plan into unlimited support for every connected device at the property.

Businesses with more than 10 computers, multiple locations, servers, specialized systems, or unusually complex infrastructure may require a customized support plan.

Faster Access Without Empty Promises

Priority Scheduling, Not a Guaranteed SLA

Priority Business Support requests are scheduled ahead of standard non-plan requests whenever possible during regular service hours. Response time depends on technician availability, location, the type of problem, and whether the issue can be handled remotely or requires an on-site visit.

The plan does not include 24/7 coverage, guaranteed same-day service, guaranteed resolution times, or a formal service-level agreement. We communicate availability clearly and prioritize active plan clients within our real operating capacity.

Support Is Different From Project Work

Major Installations and New Infrastructure Are Quoted Separately

Priority Business Support is designed to troubleshoot, maintain, and assist with an existing technology environment. It is not a substitute for a separately scoped installation, migration, recovery, or infrastructure project.

Not included in the monthly plan

  • Design or installation of a new business network
  • Network expansion, modernization, or replacement projects
  • Structured cabling, electrical work, or low-voltage installation
  • New office technology buildouts or multi-device deployments
  • Security camera or NVR installation projects
  • Server, cloud, domain, or large-scale email migrations
  • Major computer migrations or fleet-wide upgrades
  • Data recovery, disk cloning, or digital-evidence services
  • Cybersecurity incident response, forensic investigation, or attacker attribution
  • Continuous monitoring, remote device management, or managed IT services
  • 24/7 support, guaranteed response times, or SLA coverage
  • Hardware, replacement parts, software, licenses, subscriptions, or third-party charges
  • Work on devices or systems that were not disclosed or approved for support

If a support request reveals the need for project work, we will explain the recommended scope and provide separate pricing. No additional work begins without your approval.
