What This Service Covers — and What It Doesn't
Data recovery is a broad term that means different things depending on the situation. We want to be upfront about what we handle so you don't waste time with the wrong service.
We handle:
- Systems that won't boot due to OS corruption, software failure, or configuration issues
- BitLocker and encrypted drive access when credentials or keys can be recovered
- Data inaccessible due to virus or malware infection
- Files affected or encrypted by ransomware
- Data extraction from systems that power on but won't load the operating system
Outside our scope:
- Physically damaged drives with mechanical failure (clicking, grinding, or complete failure to spin — these require specialized cleanroom lab services)
- Drives with severe electrical damage
- RAID array failures requiring enterprise-level reconstruction
If your situation falls outside what we handle, we'll tell you upfront and point you toward the right resource. We'd rather lose a job than waste your time.
